Performed as Design Architect and Group Leader. Responsibilities included preliminary design for Research Facilities and major medical renovations at VA Hospitals throughout the United States. Duties included the supervision and coordination of preliminary design and contract documents being done by a private A/E firm at a major VA Hospital in Southern California damaged by the earthquake of 1971.
