New pedigree turkey hatchery facility utilizing single-stage incubation and hatching equipment requiring air cooled chilled water cooling and natural gas fired hot water heating. HVAC systems were double walled rooftop package units with DX cooling with natural gas heat and washable aluminum ductwork. Differential pressure control for incubation and hatching equipment provided by automatic variable speed exhaust fans. This project included complete shower-in / shower-out employee area and full compliment of related hatchers spaces. L. B.
